Welcome to BIGHAT Real Estate’s HomePath information page. HomePath homes are Fannie Mae-owned foreclosures that qualify for HomePath financing for Owner-Occupied and Investor Buyers. HomePath homes include single-family homes up through four-plexes. HomePath-eligible homes generally feature:
- Reduced down payment (3.00% for Owner-Occupied, 10% for Investors);
- No up-front or monthly mortgage insurance;
- No appraisal requirement or repair delays; and
- Availability of Seller-paid closing costs (up to 3.50% of purchase price).
